One & All has, literally, added bench strength. Jennifer Houston, who co-founded the bench in January 2018 for the gig economy and spent years supporting agencies and brands with in-house marketing teams, joined the agency last week as Senior Vice President, Client Strategy & Success. The “intrapreneur” who has long provided successful strategic and innovative leadership for start-ups and leading organizations is bringing her smarts to the performance agency for good to focus on clients including Make-A-Wish, Operation Smile, the American Red Cross, and The Salvation Army.
Adept at pivoting and helping clients reach consumers across platforms and channels, Jennifer is skilled at optimizing company potential. With 25+ years of marketing experience having worked for major advertising agencies and brands including Pandora, State Farm, AT&T, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and more, Jennifer is just the leader the agency needs to help clients pivot and deliver expanded results, according to agency CEO Denise Wong.
